Spotter is a bare-bones annotation tool that enables labeling of in-house datasets.
For this specific task of civic data annotation, you will be labeling the Environment Canada deliberation dataset on reducing plastic usage. You can find more information here
You will be provided a discussion topic, and associated comments. Your task is to label the comment into one of the five reaction categories - Excited, Happy, Neutral, Concerned, and Angry where Excited and Happy are positive reactions and Concerned and Angry are negative reactions. You can label a comment only once. So, take your time when labeling.
When you are done for the time being, click End Session to save your task and close the browser window. Next time, you will start from where you left off.
